- To shop and spend in all the countries on the programme during the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient. In areas where the local currency is used, the guide will help with currency exchange.
- During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or trainers are recommended. It is useful to bring a cardigan or similar garment for the evenings.
- To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days abroad is required.

- Tour programme guides may change the order of the programme depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all the places listed in the programme are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour date. If cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or fewer remain, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, hospital reports, work leave documents and similar papers issued by authorities in Turkey and submitted with a cancellation request are not accepted for cancelling hotels and services abroad that the participant would have used.
-Our tour programme is organised with a minimum of 25 participants. If sufficient participation cannot be reached, the last cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by OriginalTur.
-When only the category is given in the programme without a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by OriginalTur 2 days before the trip departs.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometres. In such a case, OriginalTur will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are offered depending on hotel availability. In these rooms the bed for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Because the extra beds are fold-out beds known as coach beds, participants who book a third person and/or child are deemed to accept the possible crowding and bed type in the room. Child discounts apply to a single child (in the matching age group) staying with 2 adults.
-Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme are served in line with the breakfast culture of the country. They are generally continental breakfasts with a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served to groups in a separate room set aside for them.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organised to give a general introduction to the cities, consisting of panoramic sightseeing from the vehicle with guide commentary, without entry to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. OriginalTur is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours listed in the programme, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit access or entry on the day and time of the tour, because roads are closed due to an event, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible. Where possible, some tours may be done on foot or by public transport at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at border crossings on the road may exceed the standard durations. OriginalTur cannot be held responsible for problems caused by these waiting times.OriginalTur
-Extra tours are organised by the local OriginalTur partner we work with, subject to a minimum of 20 participants. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content and vehicle used may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and archaeological sites to be visited are open or closed, and on weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organised during the trip are deemed to accept waiting at a suitable roadside rest stop. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour starts and collected from the same point once the tour is complete.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for guests on air tours are personal and must be completed by the guest before the flight, either at the relevant airline counter at the airport or online via the airline's website.
- For participation in the tour, OriginalTur is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport at the time notified by OriginalTur, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in on time but do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot fly. Passengers who miss their flight bear all costs for new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination region needed to rejoin the tour.
- OriginalTur, acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the trip and before the flight. OriginalTur, is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the trip, the passenger accepts the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
